Intelligent Around View Monitor
Wheel-scraping boulders? Severe drop-offs? Not to worry. The Navara PRO-2X and PRO-4X models advanced tech is on your side. Four cameras give you a 360-degree overhead view of your vehicle, with a designated off-road mode so you can see exactly where to place your front wheels in rough terrain.
INTELLIGENT FORWARD COLLISION WARNING & EMERGENCY BRAKING
Monitors not only the vehicle in front of you, but also two vehicles ahead to assist in avoiding collisions with other vehicles. In the case of an imminent collision, audible and visual alerts are activated before automatic braking is applied, to reduce speed and help you avoid or mitigate a frontal collision with a vehicle ahead.
LANE DEPARTURE WARNING
Stray from your lane and you’ll be warned with both a visual and audible alert by a system so smart, it turns them off when you flick on your indicator. What’s more, subtle breaking will kick in to help keep you on track if the vehicle senses that you may be veering outside of your lane.
BLIND SPOT WARNING
Blind Spot warning uses radar technology to detect cars in your blind spot, and notifies you with an indicator on the side mirror. If you switch on your turn signal to change lanes, the system alerts you with a chime and continuously flashes the indicator light to assist you to avoid a collision.
REAR CROSS TRAFFIC ALERt
Fear no parking lot. When you’re backing out of a space, available Rear Cross Traffic Alert watches around the rear of your Navara and can warn you about cars it detects creeping up on you from either side.
HIGH BEAM ASSIST
High Beam Assist can automatically deactivate Navara’s high beams if it detects an oncoming vehicle, which automatically makes you a more polite driver. After the driver has passed, the system can reactivate the high beams.
INTELLIGENT DRIVER ALERTNESS
Time for a break? Intelligent Driver Alertness monitors your steering patterns and if the system detects you might be getting drowsy and need a break, it alerts you with a chime and a coffee cup icon on your display.
